Transfer days are Monday, Thursday and Saturday. We do not pick up before noon or later than 7pm. Meeting point airport, at the baggage carousel or outside driver wears cowboy hat and or La Reata t-shirt. If you miss us please go the information booth

Self drives, check in 3pm - Check out rooms 11am, If you have trouble finding us please do not hesitate to stop at neighbours or in Kyle (Gas station) to get directions. On rainy days or wet roads please do not enter the road to the guest ranch, call ahead or stay on grid road to main ranch. Please never leave the gravel/grid road and drive on grass passed the cattle gate/texas gate

Breakfast 9am, Lunch on trail around 1:30/2pm, Supper (evening meal) 6:30pm

Bedding and towels are supplied, but feel free to bring your own bath towel if you prefer. Toiletries aren't supplied except for facial tissues, toilet paper and hand soap. We have usually a couple hair blowers around if you're wondering.

Riding gear, long pants, best are jeans (please no sweatpants), any kind of boot with a heel, (no runners please), any kind of hat (sun protection) we do have hats available at our small trading post, or we can stop at a western store in Saskatoon or Swift Current. Please respect and treat our horses like they were your own or any other horse you're close to. Our horses go 7 days a week and can't run all the time! The terrain in the hills is tough, especially in the summer month when it is hot. We do not work with cattle all the time, please refer to the highlighted events section or visit mid June and mid September to October. We do have a small herd of Longhorn cattle which we use in our corrals or large outdoor arena to improve working cattle and cattle sense skills. 

We do not supply riding helmets, chaps or slickers. If we have an extra pair of chaps or slickers we love to share.

Guest at the ranch get to groom and saddle their own horse, we love to instruct and to help

Mobile phone coverage is limited, but please do not use your phone on the trail or while having meals, we love to keep it as authentic as possible. Wifi is available at the main ranch

Maybe good to know, Our horses aren't hand fed, they don't know treats and we love to keep it that way. We have also two dogs Wilton and Ginger, if every visitor would feed them you could just imagine........Thank you
